The service

GSM KOYA ads is a GSM KOYA service for managing paid promotions (sponsored ads) for customers' Facebook and Instagram posts. We are not part of, or officially affiliated with, Meta Platforms.

Accounts and pages

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and must be a genuine admin of any page you connect.

By connecting a page you allow GSM KOYA to create and analyse ads only for the posts you order. You can remove this access from your page settings at any time.

Review and rejection

Every order is reviewed before payment. We may reject any content that breaks the law or Meta advertising policies (e.g. scams, gambling, weapons, or misleading content).

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD and paid in IQD via FIB or FastPay. Cash is not accepted.

Ads are activated only after the payment receipt is verified.

Results

Ad results (reach, engagement, views) are determined by Meta’s delivery system and no specific numbers are guaranteed. The figures shown come directly from Meta.

Refunds

If an order is rejected after payment or cannot be activated, it is refunded in full. After an ad starts, only the unspent portion is refundable, minus the service fee.

Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use counts as acceptance.
